STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Jet Beads and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, the client agrees to the following:

Custom Sourcing and Pricing

Jet Beads operates as a purchasing intermediary and custom sourcing service. All pricing is based on current FMG rates and is subject to availability at the time of fulfillment. Prices quoted are valid for five (5) business days unless otherwise specified.

Order Confirmation and Payment

Full payment is required before any order is submitted to suppliers. Jet Beads does not extend credit or ship items on approval. Payment must be made through accepted checkout methods or as directed in your custom quote.

Fulfillment Timeline

Orders are submitted to suppliers within 1–2 business days of payment. FMG shipping times may vary. We will notify you promptly if we anticipate any delays.

Shipping & Delivery

Jet Beads consolidates customer orders and manages shipment from our facility. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. Delivery timelines depend on destination, shipping method, and external fulfillment factors beyond our control.

Returns and Cancellations

I cannot process exchanges but I do take returns. Returns can be made on any item for any reason as long as I receive the item(s) from you within 2 months of you getting them. Precious metals must be returned within 5 DAYS or receipt! The item(s) must be un-used, un-altered, in their original FMG packaging and have the original FMG sticker. There can be no exceptions to these requirements. Remember- you are buying product from Jet Beads not FMG so any all issues need to go through me. Please do not contact FMG as it will only confuse them.

Sales Tax and Duties

Orders shipped within Arizona may be subject to sales tax. International buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs clearance, and associated fees.

Limitation of Liability

Jet Beads is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party suppliers, shipping carriers, or customs agencies. Our total liability is limited to the original value of your order.

Communication and Disputes

Any issues must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. We’re committed to resolving concerns fairly and efficiently.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County.
