Once I receive this form, I will create a payment link that will list of all the items you want priced out at the 100+ level plus shipping. I will send this link to you for your review at which point you can pay for the order at Jet Beads securely and safely using a credit card or PayPal. Or you can decide to change your order or to NOT to order at all!
