Item Return Form

Please use this form to inform me of items you are returning.

The items must:

  • Be received by me within 4 weeks of the day you received them
  • Be in their original “Big Bead Company” packaging
  • Have the original “Big Bead Company” sticker attached
  • Be on their original temporary stringing if applicable
  • Un-altered and un-used in any way

After submitting the form you will receive a copy of it via email. Please print it and include it with your return. Items returned without the email/form will not be processed and items that do not meet the above criteria will not be processed. Once I get the items I will issue a refund and email you to let you know.

Once I get the Return Form email, I will reply to it to confirm. Please print the confirmation email and send it with your return - failure to send the printed will result in the inability for me to issue the refund.
