Jet Beads Has Moved to a New Website!

Welcome to the new Jet Beads! We’ve upgraded from our old WordPress site to this new, streamlined platform.

Why the change?

The old WordPress version had become outdated and was causing all kinds of problems—database errors, login issues, delays in order processing, and other technical headaches that couldn’t easily be fixed. More importantly, it wasn’t giving customers the smooth, reliable ordering experience you deserve.

With this new site, everything is simpler and more secure. Order history will also be easier to access going forward (including all ordered item detail for new orders going forward) and the entire process has been redesigned to save you time.

What current customers need to know

• You’ll need to reset your password.
  Your old WordPress login will not work here. Please use the password reset option to set a new one.
  
  
• Order history from the old site didn’t transfer automatically.
  If you need past order details for reference, I can retrieve your old order history manually on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that the old WordPress site didn’t store itemized order details—just basic order info.

I really appreciate your patience during this transition! This change was necessary to ensure Jet Beads continues to run smoothly and securely for the long term.
